2. LIVE BREAK POLICY

Live Break Policy:
By selecting “Open on Live,” you authorize Rip District TCG to open your product on a live stream. All contents opened during a live break are considered final and accepted as-is at the time of opening. We do not guarantee hits, chase cards, grading outcomes, or card condition beyond factory standards.

3. SHIPPING POLICY (Live Break Specific)

Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipments may be combined for customers with multiple open orders. Tracking will be provided once the order is prepared for shipment.

Any damages, delays, or losses caused by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) are outside of our control.

4. NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS / ALL SALES FINAL

All Sales Final:
Due to the nature of trading cards and live breaks, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on sealed products, opened products, live break items, or missed pulls.

Once a product is opened on stream, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

5. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

Chargebacks:
Filing a chargeback after receiving product and/or services (including live opening) is considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to provide video proof, packing records, and shipping confirmations to dispute illegitimate claims.

Customers engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent activity may be permanently banned from future purchases.
