Live Break Terms — Rip District TCG

By purchasing a live break you agree to the following:

  1. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations.

  2. Product will be opened live on stream in the order payments are received.

  3. You will receive all “hits” as defined on the product page.

  4. Damage from manufacturer packaging is not the responsibility of Rip District TCG.

  5. Shipping damage/loss/tampering is the responsibility of the carrier.

  6. Once the product is opened on stream, it is considered fulfilled.

  7. Failure to watch the stream does not exempt the order from completion.

BREAK FAQ
What is a live break?

A live break is when you purchase sealed packs or boxes and we open them for you live on stream. You receive the hits pulled from your product.
What ships from a break?

Hits are shipped from live breaks.
What is bulk?

Bulk refers to commons, uncommons, and basic energy cards.
Do I keep my bulk?

Bulk is not included by default. Bulk may be purchased as an optional add-on.
What is considered a hit?

Ultra-rares and above such as EX, V, VMAX, Illustration Rares, Special Illustration Rares, Secret Rares, Full Arts, Golds, Radiants, etc.
What if I miss the stream?

Watching is optional. Breaks are recorded and your order is fulfilled regardless of attendance.
Can I cancel my break order?

No. All sales are final once purchased.
Can I get a refund if I don’t pull something good?

No. Pulls are random and value is not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. USA only.
What carrier do you use?

United States Postal Service (USPS).
When will I get my order?

ALL Orders OR Breaks ship next business day with tracking.
Do you ship sealed product unopened?

Yes, sealed products listed as sealed are shipped unopened.
What happens if my package is lost/stolen/damaged?

Risk transfers at carrier handoff. Claims for transit loss or damage must be filed with USPS.
Do you combine shipping for multiple breaks?

Yes, combined shipping is available.
How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once shipped.

PAYMENT FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are completed through our website at ripdistricttcg.com using Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
Can I pay with CashApp/Venmo/Zelle?

Online:

Not at this time.

In-Person:

If it is the ONLY form of payment, you may be accomodated with CashApp OR Venmo
Can I change my shipping address after purchase?

No. Orders ship to the address entered at checkout.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

No. All sales are final.
Do you cancel orders?

No. All orders are final once paid.
Do you guarantee any hits or value?

No. Breaks and mystery products do not guarantee value or specific pulls.
What if I dispute through my bank?

Chargebacks are contested using stream footage, tracking, and fulfillment evidence.

Do you do pre-orders for new sets?

Where do you get you products from?

ALL of our products come from Official Pokémon Vending Machines/In-Store Drops. Our Inventory being fully stocked is never guaranteed!
Do my cards come with sleeves/top loaders?

ONLY hits from bundles will be put in a Penny Sleeve and Top Loaders. Optional Add-On for single packs $0.99. EX. 1 Single Pack will have a MAX of 1 Included Top Loader. 6 Pack Booster Bundle will have a MAX of 5 Included Top Loaders.

NO NO NO! We will NEVER ask you to pay for any live breaks! If you want to be on a live break make sure you select Yes on product page for live breaks BEFORE adding to cart! If you forget make sure you let us know on live and we will be more then happy to break on live!
